Beidemariam Milton, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of Focused Mental Health Services. She provides inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based care with special attention to the experiences of women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, students, and people navigating ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma.

Her approach combines careful assessment, medication expertise, supportive psychotherapy, and honest conversation. You can expect to understand your options and have a voice in your treatment plan.
